Saffron Skies has a strong social media presence on:
Through research and analysis of other similar small businesses, I have learned how to appropriately tailor content to suit each app. We take part in networking hours on Twitter to engage with likeminded people and customers, share behind the scenes and work in progress clips on TikTok, as well as high-quality photography on Instagram. We also make use of the "Stories" feature for more casual, chatty updates with our followers throughout the week. More recently, we have been developing natural engagement on our Facebook page through interactions in groups for people with an interest in our USPs, such as eco-conscious lifestyles and boho fashion.
Our brand has a consistent style that keeps a professional look across all channels, while still having lots of colour and authenticity in our content. I have developed a photography style that has quite a homely, rustic feel and try to keep this theme within our posts, with woodgrain and light walls/backgrounds to pull everything together.

Influencer Marketing
Working with micro-influencers, we were able to promote Saffron Skies to wider audiences. I reached out to these influencers after following them for a while to make sure their values and content aligned with our brand.

In December 2021, I created an advert for the Fabrication shop on behalf of all of the artists and makers. Due to Covid restrictions and short time frames, this advert included video clips taken by all of the makers in their own studios, meaning they were of varying sizes and formats. To combat this I created a storybook design (built in After Effects) to incorporate everything seamlessly and effectively.
